Job Description

Energetic and busy real estate Office & School seeking a creative, organized and tech savvy Administrative Assistant.

The admin acts as the point person for all matters related to the office from maintaining and ordering supplies, student inquiries and registrations, field consultant/sales support and liaison for clients,students and outside vendors/partners.

 The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, super organized, be able to multitask while possessing excellent interpersonal skills, have a good sense of humor, friendly personality and exceptional communication skills, both written and oral as well the ability to represent the office in a professional and responsible manner.

Must be a continuous learner with the ability to master new software packages easily with minimal instruction and self-directed and able to work to achieve daily objectives with little oversight.

 We will start at 20 hours per week, but as we grow there is potential for hours to increase.

  Responsibilities 

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients and real estate school students database management and back office support.
  • Oversee all sales & rental listings, class files, and both listing & class marketing (brochures, flyers, postcards)
  • Maintain Window Graphics, Property Flyers, Class schedules, Promos
  • Create and Modify: Business Cards, Real Estate documents (logs, training docs, RE forms, flyers)
  • Manage social media campaigns as well as website content
  • Proctor real estate classes and manage student attendance
  • Cold calling landlord and real estate clients
  • Create and maintain checklists/systems for selling and buying process Dropping off brochures, sign riders, occasional errands (MA drivers license a must)
  • Participate in training sessions

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with most office programs and/or ability to learn additional ones pertinent to office and real estate needs including but not limited to:

gmail, google drive,a sales based CRM,dotloop transaction software, and Adobe photoshop.

 Must pay close attention to detail and possess highlevel accuracy with documents Flexible in daily routine Extremely organized this is most important as this is NOT my strong area, I need someone who can keep me organized!
